The START

Jon and Erin Holmes, both Minnesota natives, have been living and teaching in Farmington, MN for the majority of their careers. They are passionate about helping students grow their talents to achieve more together which is where The FARM comes in to play. They have both had success in how vital character and team building have played major roles in attaining success within individual programs and classroms. The FARM idea is derived from that model of team and group buy in and geared for entire communities. They believe this community is ready to make a mark on the Minnesota, and eventually, national stage.

Jon and Erin are both notorious for demanding excellence not only from themselves, but those they are surrounded by, too. Now it's time to demand that same excellence from the community. Go Tigers!

Why The FARM?

It's not just a SLOGAN, it's a LIFESTYLE. The FARM itself is not a business, its an idea and concept with our goal to keep the "FARM" in Farmington. Harnessing our hometown roots, The FARM aims to connect local businesses, veterans, athletes, musicians, alumni, students and citizens to support and sustain that vision. This lifestyle focuses on its members being able to recognize their roles both on the field and in the community.

Whether it be on the field, at a concert or out on the golf course, The FARM is a lifestyle we want to see spread to all surrounding communities to unite as one.
